Very formal and bitter ipa. perfect ipa for Florida heat. this ipa stays traditional but delivers refreshing taste.

Was lucky to find out that they had made a batch of an nameless ipa to the list.
A- Very nice white head that lingered for a few minutes leaving nice lacing on the pint glass. Golden in color...very inviting.
S- Mostly floral hops with a hint of fresh cut grass as well.
T- First was a bitter bite from the hoppy goodness this beer packed. Little malt flavor but I believe the owner was aiming for a more intense hop taste. Excellently balanced though.
M-D- Smooth on the buds and i had many to try. Very balanced mouthfeel nothing that was offensive in any way. Very easy to drink.
