Chilled 12oz brown bottle poured into a rocks glass , enjoying the view at the Jew Marriott in Cancun
Brewers notes : We come from the sea and water we are today, terrestrial travelers who embrace biodiversity and celebrate our organic essence. We come from the sea, and we are Tulum beer. contributes to the conservation of our seas, and it happens to the gran arecife Maya foundation. Brewed with sea water
One finger white fizzy foam cap quickly fades to a layer over a clear golden brew, a rare bubble floats to the top
Aroma is sweet corn, malts
Taste is sweet corn , beer flavored water
Low carbonation , burp producing
The weather is here, i wish this beer was beautiful

Pours a clear golden yellow with a finger of short lived fine bubbly white head.
Nose is slightly fruity and floral, bready, touch of leafy hop.
A slightly fruity floral malt on the palate; doughy with a faint leafy and herbal bitterness.
Light mouthfeel with active carbonation - refreshing and crisp - easy enough to drink without being remarkable, but not bad at all.
Had a second time a few days after original and found this delightfully crisp and tasty improving my assessment of this - a really good lager!

L: Clear gold. 1 finger head, alright lacing.
S: floral, light airy citrus notes. Not much of a smell at all. Not fruity, just a little floral.
T: sweet malt comes out here. Floral notes again. Tiny bit of citrus. Very light similar to the smell. The after taste is citrus but watered down.
M: light bodied. Average carbonation for a light lager.
O: beer seems watery to me, ironiy fitting considering some of their marketing contains “from sea water”. I wasn’t impressed. Tulum takes up enough real-estate, so to speak, but delivers such light flavors that I don’t consider it worth it.

Look: Clear, dark gold with an extremely foamy 1-finger head with long retention.
Smell: Mild citrus and floral hop notes. Light bubblegum-sweet malt. Overall extremely faint.
Taste: Likewise, extremely mild. Sweet malt, a bit of citrus, and that’s it.
Mouthfeel: Thin and highly carbonated.
Overall: While better than a cheap Bud or PBR, its lack or character is astounding.
