From a bottle, pours a slightly hazy golden color with off-white fizzy head. It was a gusher.
The nose is a bit fruity, stonefruit, apricot, sweet citrus, a little barnyard must and a bit of tangy funk. This smells ok. The flavor is lots of apricot, honey, a little lemon, citrus rinds, cracker and barnyard hay and earthy notes. A little zesty. This tastes above average for this part of the world.
The mouthfeel is very fizzy, spritzy, could be better.
