Slightly hazy amber color with a two finger off-white head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of biscuit malt, mild pine, stone fruit and pineapple oxidized juice.
Flavor with notes of caramel, pineapple juice, apples, herbal hops, peach flavored tea and some citrusy. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with good carbonation.
Mellow fruity Pale Ale that reminded me of Argentinean beers made with local hops (that I am not so fond of).
