Bottle pour (33/160); It's not often that you know a BA stout is good simply from the pour, but this is one. Thick, dark head with inviting coconut nose. Flavors are chocolate and coconut, thick and chewy. Finish is a bit long in the tooth, but otherwise fantastic.

Dark brown with a touch of mocha-colored head. Chocolate on the nose, maybe a tinge of coconut. Drinks with a little too much carbo in my opinion...didn't get that feedback from others in the tasting group. I think the carbonation perhaps distracts from the overall taste profile, pulling down my tasting score a touch. Tastes are around the edges, pop on the front and flash on the back, but a bit of a faded mid-palate.
