Laid back atmosphere, plenty of seating, awesome bartenders, good food selection (flatbread pizzas, pita and hummus, beer cheese nachos...), and awesome beers! Loved the IPA and DIPA I had in a flight. Will definitely be returning.

Updating from earlier first stop review.
Have since been back for their 1st year anniversary party (2016) and again last month (Sept 2017).
This is a serious / for real brewery that any town/city would be proud of. I grew up in Hanover and get back every once in awhile. But these guys are not just a great stop when visiting...they are worth watching period.They have continued to sustain the quality of their main line beers, and have done some exciting work with barrel aging; experimental hop brewing, bottle conditioning and infusions e.g. Wee Heavy with Coffee (Wow!), One very cool thing is they continue to be a seriously pleasant place to discuss and sip beer; dog friendly; lots of fun and laughter going on from the many people who stop by, and consistently great people behind the bar. Love the addition of Crowlers.
It can be a little hard to find gps wise, but very much worth a stop, and stop again.
2015 = Stopped by Brewery/tasting room to check out/have a beer. Glad I did.
Great people. Fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Light hearted atmosphere, but clearly serious about their beer and their plans for growth and production,
New brewery with about 7-8 beers available. Nothing extreme but all seemed solid approachable beers. Had wanted to try their Wee Heavy, but it was temporarily out. Impressed though that just about everyone who came in asked for it.
Had an Amber IPA and a Shandy made with their Golden Ale and their "own made" Lemon soda (note: 100 lemons squeezed, and rinds grated/zested by hand...top notch!).
Both very tasty/very good and well crafted.
Didn't have anything to eat but good looking menu. Impressed that they were hand grating huge pieces of imported Reggiano and Romano for their pizzas...again 1st class ingredients and time consuming high quality preparation.
Extra props...asked for a slice of shaved Reggiano to nibble on while sipping beer, and quickly given bowl with more than a few generous slices. Very cool.
Place was fairly quiet on an early Saturday afternoon, but crowd was growing quickly, and tours were starting about when I left.
Came away very impressed, and recommend it. Am looking forward to next time in Hanover and stop by again...and try the WH.

Great beer with a nice atmosphere. Lay back and have a few with friends. Really solid beers. This is a nice tap room at their brewery, with great industrial design. Overall a great place with a staff that knows beer. Not a lot of food, but they have a few snacks. Stop in and enjoy.

Located in an old Hanover Pretzel Factory (even had jars of Hanover pretzel sticks on the bar), place is open with lots of natural lighting. Has the factory feel with high ceilings, ciderblock walls, etc. Bar that seats about 20 people with about 10 tables also available. 6 beers on tap with a wide range of styles. Day I was there they were also running a Randall. Spoke with one of the brewers who also does the cooking, he said as much as possible he tries to make everything with fresh ingredients. Limited food menu with hummus, bbq, pizza, cheese plate, that kind of thing. I had just eaten before getting there but the food looked good, especially the pizza. Service was fast and friendly and the beer were all very solid. Will definently go back.
