This beer pours a gorgeously hazed bright sun yellow with a creamy and frothy white finger of straight white foam that looks straight up like meringue.
Citric notes of fresh lime zest accost the nostrils, there is a slight sweetness lingering in aroma, but its hard to place a finger on it other than toasted grains with the brilliant lime aroma stemming from this beer.
Bright lemon and lime notes with a slight tartness finishes with toasted grain sweetness.
Light-bodied, high carbonation, soft, citric, fruity, tart, semi-sticky sweet and fruity finish.
Overall, this is quite an enjoyable and very interesting beer. Light and easy drinking.
