10 oz pour into a snifter glass on tap at the brewery.
A: Caramel amber colored body with pretty good clarity. Creamy looking tiny bubbled slightly off white head that settled slowly.
S: Some pineapple, light orange, a little resin, lots of bitter sharp caramel.
T: Fairly bitter a lot of maltiness with muddled fruit flavors interspersed throughout with a healthy dose of alcohol mixed in.
M: Medium bodied leaning toward heavier a little cloying on the finish.
O: This DIPA is listed as having a healthy malt back bone but it drinks more like an older DIPA or a barley wine crossed with a red ale.
