Light straw with a slight orange tint, abundant white head, key Lime, sourdough bread, apples, pears, quince. Noticeably sour, sourdough bread, sea salt noticeable but not dominant, low notes of lemon and grapefruit, Key Lime prominent throughout. Light to low-medium body; Good carbonation; Crisp, clean and overall refreshing.
