Pours a clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crackery with some floral hints. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd and some peppery hints. Clean and crisp.
Taste is crackery, clean and crisp with notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus black pepper and Saltines. Moderate bitterness and very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable pilsner.
