Copenhagen 7/4 2022. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosk. A very yellow can with black letters explaining name and style and a enthusiastic Hop flower on the run.
Pours unclear - almost hazy -golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor with a fruity hint mingling with sharp citrus. Sweet pale malts, peach and bread. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A little rough. Linngers for s while. Finish is dry.
Fine bitter flavor but a rather weak nose.

Pours a semi clear amber with soft, fine head.
Smell is fruity, floral and abit sweet. Notes of pine, orange, grapes and apricot.
Taste is fruity and floral with a solid bitterness. Notes of pine, orange, grapefruit and black tea with a hint of caramel.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice modern west coast IPA.
