Copenhagen 29/3 2026. 44 cl can from Den Gamle Købmand, Skt. Annæ Plads, Kbh. K. Steel can with label made out to look like some kind of prototype in white and green.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a stronger scent of tart citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach soon overpowered by grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine showcase of good old Strata.

Pours a hazy yellow with soft, soapy head.

Taste is crisp, fruity and dank. Notes of melon, grapefruit, peach, gooseberries and grass with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice single hop IPA. Looking forward to more in the series.
