A decent amber...
Nice reddish colored amber with some orange highlights. The smell had a weird piney scent, mouthfeel was carbonated and dry. The taste was piney as well, not my favorite of flavors for beer, hop level was medium. Overall, a decent if not spectacular offering for the style.

The pour is amber colored. The taste is malt with some mild citrus & floral notes. The alcohol sting was kind of showing itself more than expected considering that the abv was not too high. Cheers! C

Pours a clear pale brown producing nearly 3 fingers of pale tan, frothy, somewhat lasting head that leaves a webby wash of lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted pumpernickel, dark malts, with hints of cocoa, roasted nuts, thin caramel and floral hops. Taste is sweet, fruity and malty through the midsip with cocoa, toast, brown sugar, caramel and roasted nuts. Hops show up in the finish mostly as a floral note but also as a hint of pine and increasing bitterness. Dries in the finish where the bitterness expresses and increases to linger in the floral, fruity, malty aftertaste. Malt dominates until the finish where the developing bitterness is nicely balanced with the roast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, moderately carbonated, creamy & silky with a chewy hint and a light prickle.

I tried this beer at Bottlenose Brewery. It poured a clear amber with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of bread and caramel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet bread base. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Draft pour into a pint glass.
A - Amber colored, full carbonation feeds a thick off white cap.
S - A touch of sweet malts, blend with conifer piney notes
T - Follows the nose, piney hop elements with nice malt base
M - Thin in body, carbonation keeps things moving, a bitter finish
O - A fine Amber ale, local option at the Airport and would seek out again.
