Muted coffee black with a light tan head, at a finger thick, which is soft and creamy.
The taproom stout is rich and bold, roasty, semi-bitter and chocolatey. It's almost heavy for an otherwise light, low ABV stout, which is quite a treat.

Sweet and flabby. Not off in any perceptible way but definitely lacking in balance.
