Poured on draft.
A: Pours a brown-copper with a thick nearly white head that settles down but laces beautifully.
S: Lots of toast and caramel, a slight whiff of dark fruit.
T: Notes of graham cracker, caramel and cranberry with a little bubble gum tossed into the mix. Hops settle on the back end, but overall still balanced to the malt.
M: Smooth and malty with a crisp, light carbonation. Body is about right for the style. Alcohol isn't pronounced but is definitely cleansing to the palate.
O: A nice version of the style. Drink with confidence.
