Poured from a crowler I purchased at the brewery. Collaboration with Coppertail Brewing.
Appearance: Slightly hazy straw golden colored body with a quickly disappearing head of frothy bubbles.
Aroma: Acidic and acerbic aroma.
Taste: Sweet pink grapefruit up front with a salty sour finish. Delicious!
Mouthfeel: Super light and easy to drink, low abv and minimal carbonation.
Overall: I had this at the brewery before getting the crowler fill. Glad I did this is really tasty. Bitter, salty, sour and easy to drink. A great interpretation to the style.
