It’s our classic peach brandy barrel aged stone fruit sour, a wheat ale soured with Lactobacillus plantarum and fermented on peach and apricots, with a delicious twist. This time we aged it in peach brandy barrels that ALSO held 100% PURE MAPLE SYRUP.
Along with the warmth of the brandy, the succulence of the peaches, and the tartness of the apricots expect a mouth coating sweetness of unadulterated maple.
