This isn’t you’re average Pumpkin Ale. For the brew we used a small, handcrafted batch of Florida grown rye malt from our good friends at Riverbend Malt House. The rye malt is unique in that it lends a warming bread and baking spice flavor, which pairs perfectly with the 100lbs. of all-natural pumpkin puree with put in the mash. For an additional touch of fall flavor, we added a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.⁣
