Zack and Laura’s friends asked for a beer to be made that would be special for their wedding. Using their White IPA as a base, Laura adds Hibiscus right before carbonation to produce a pink hue that pops in the sun.

Draft at the brewpub a couple times earlier this fall... Pours a slightly hazed light orange with a big of a pink twinge when held up to the light and sudsy white head.... Sorta phenolic bubblegummy... Pithy citrus... Not bad but not getting any hibiscus.. Nice easy drinker... Very balanced hoppy aroma and flavor... Not huge bitterness... the whole thing really comes together surprising.
