330 ml bottle
Pours a slightly hazy yellow with white head. Classic American C hops aroma - citrus, floral, pine, grassy, just not overly strong. Taste is similar , medium bitterness. Medium bodied

Amber golden color with a huge thick mushroom head with great retention and leaving laces.
Delicious aroma with predominant citrus and tropical notes. Hints of pineapples, passion fruit, peaches and mild papaya.
Flavor with notes of pine, grapefruit, passion fruit, spices and lemon grass. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
I had just both the bottle (no expiration date) and on tap version, the latter was much better, almost a different beer. The bottle was more earthy, spiced and oxidized. I would have given it a 3.25 overall rate, but I ended up judging this based on the superior on tap version.
On tap it was a super refreshing APA with fresh citrus and pine notes. Infinity drinkability.

Rich take on a US Pale Ale.
Presentation: 330 cc capped brown bottle. Green label with an silhouette outline of an elk and trees alongside brewery branding. Gold seal notes award, and white text offers brew name, general characteristics, and inspiration. Notes 5.2% Alc. by Vol. Served on a IPA Spiegelau glass.
A - Clean deep gold to pale amber pour, rich head with good retention, very creamy surface memory, and nice touches of lacing.
S - Nice nose, fragrant citric notes, layer of pine, soft flowery note.
T - Light bready background with a nice bitter range taking the show. Light resin, and citric flow with a floral push.
M - Medium to medium/light body with soft carbonation, which offers an insinuation of a creamy finish with the closing biting touch.
O - Very drinkable, with plenty of flavor and an easy flow.
Notes: Quite a nice pale ale. Great quality. I’d certainly be glad to find it again, somehow, in the future.
