A nice pale ale, juicy and tasty with an easy mellow flow.
Presentation: 330 cc brown bottle. Black label with yellow graphic centered around the typography that represents different colloquial phrases around the brand name, style, and side notes about the intent and main characteristics. Notes freshness date (Brewed 16 Dec 2015, and bbd 16 Dec 2015), and Alc. by Vol. (5.0%) Served in a Spiegelau ipa glass.
A - Pale amber pour, rich frothy head with strong retention, nice surface memory and generous lacing.
S - Nice juicy nose, hoppy tropical notes with a floral touch. A bit subdued but very pleasing.
T - Initial bready note leads to a nice bitter hint that converts to floral and mango/grapefruit notes.
M - Medium-light body with softly tuned carbonation. A bit thin initially but the flow holds up with a lot of rhythm and consistency.
O - Nice pale ale, fits the modern sense of the style pretty well. Rather drinkable with significant flavor and very accessible.
Notes: Quite a nice quality offering that one could have as a regular go to brew.
