Had at the brewery on Friday, poured into a pint glass. Beer.i.am comes out a slightly hazy but still clear yellow gold color with a fizzy white head that leaves some lacing.
Smell is light and sweet, some dough and some fruity hops. The new world hops in here are pretty balanced with the light and sweet malts. Somewhat sweet and a little fruity, notes of citrus and peach.
Pretty light and easy to drink, not overly hoppy but not too malty, either. Good balance struck between the two and good use of New World hops.
