Had at the brewery on Friday. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin head that fades and leaves some spots for lacing.

Smell is pretty light, dank mosaic hops, bit of fruit and malt. Flavorwise there's a little dough upfront, semi-sweet, juicy hops, nice mosaic notes. Not overly bitter and never malty. Nice balanced Pale Ale, light in the stomach.

Overall my favorite beer from the Aspetuck visit, good stuff!

Single-malt single-hop pale ale with mosaic hops.
On tap. Nice straightforward, well done pale ale. Mosaic hops give some nice tropical fruit and the bready malt base gives just enough support to keep it balanced.
