Rich orange/yellow color with minimal head/lacing. Smell is dank hops. Taste is dank and slightly bitter, a hint of citrusy undercurrent. Slightly medium body, mouth watering, totally sippable. Yum. Thanks for sending this, @PatrickCT.

Pale orange body. Hazy. Not much head to speak of. Sticky lace. Pencil thin line around the glass.
Papaya aroma with orange juice. Very sweet.
Equally sweet taste. Very fruity. Peppery hop finish.
Wet, juicy mouth feel. Medium body. Medium light carbonation.

Sampling a cellar temp 22 oz bottle that I recently picked up at the brewery bottle release. I am pouring into my snifter and the beer a slightly hazy gold color with some densely packed fizzy eggshell white head of 2 cm. The foam fades quickly to a sturdy edge layer and a few wispy islands on the surface of my beer.
The aroma is citrusy grapefruit and some resiny pine sap with a little bit of a floral quality and some grainy caramel buried in the background. This is definitely a hop featuring beer.
The first sip reveals a very fine and tingly carbonation that pokes across my palate on each sip. The body is medium with a smooth texture that leaves a little bit of a coating on my tongue after I swallow the beer.
The flavor is a bit of grainy sweet malt up front, but this yields to grapefruity rind, a little bit of a grassy hit, and then some resiny pine notes that linger on the finish. Not a very astringent bitter hop quality, but certainly a hop dominant profile here. Quite complex without melting your face bitter, nor a juice bomb. I enjoy this DIPA quite a bit. The booziness makes no appearance until the bottle is nearly empty. Glad to have purchased this bottle and would recommend to others who enjoy complex hop profiles and sneaky booze beers.

Golden colored with an eggshell colored head that settles out slowly with streams of fine bubbles rising up to greet it. A fresh citrus and pine aroma rises up and invites me in without my having to raise the glass to the nose. Lots of hop flavor nuances trip across the tongue, it moves from grapefruit to pine, to orange rind to lemon oil, and then back to the beginning again. Moderately aggressive bitterness, but it's not just trying to shred your tongue. There's a complexity of hop flavors that keeps this one interesting similar to how some beers have a complexity of malt flavors. Biscuity and honey malt comes along for the ride, but the hops keep pushing it down and stepping over it to come to the surface. even mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Really nice beer.
