Sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can poured into my stange. Can was purchased at a store recently, no date stamp on the label or can.
Beer pours a bright clear golden color with a fluffy bleached white head of about 3 cm foaming up easily on the pour. This foam sticks around for a bit and fades slowly to a surface covering. A few lazy streams of carbonation rise to the surface. Some clingy windowpane lattice forms.
Aroma is a bit of grainy malt and a bit of lemon, but also some soapy note that is a little unpleasant.
First sip reveals a light body and very fine tingly carbonation and smooth texture. Beer drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is a bit of grain and biscuit and then again a bit of soapy or plastic note. Seems to have a mild infection here. Bummer. Dont see any note of infection on Brewery social media, but they are also closed now.
Ive got 3 more cans hoping they arent all this way. Wont be finishing this glass. Wish it was date stamped to avoid or warn of the batch.

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; with a gentle pour, a 2-3 finger white head that receded quickly to a wispy cap with a moderate tight collar; no lacing;

S: earthy with a bit of floral;

T: mild sweetness throughout; otherwise follows the nose from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end;

M: light to medium bodied; moderate to high carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: easy drinking, refreshing; too sweet for the style;
