Pours crystal clear apricot yellow with fine streams of bubbles rising up to an eggshell white cap of foam that rises up a full inch and settles down to a cap of tightly bubbled foam. Bright and fresh citrus aroma rises up from the glass, punctuated with ripe pear and melon. Flavor profile is very clean, hops dominate with notes of tangerine, subtle pineapple, a hint of mango, and a flourish of grapefruit pith and piney zest up the cheeks. Dry and crisp mouthfeel, even carbonation. Notes of orange rind linger in the finish. Another great beer from this talented brewer.
