On tap at Maison Madison’s outdoor bar on the Seine, served in a 25 cl plastic cup. Hazy golden amber with a good, frothy head of white foam. Nice nose of pine, citrus, dank earth and light malt. Consistent flavor with more pine and hoppy spice, balancing malty body, slight dank and earth; crisp bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A very drinkable and balanced IPA, a nice find among Paris’ growing craft beer scene.

Bottled 20/04/15
Nice hazy amber. Clearly unfiltered after having to swirl before opening.
The nose traveled the few feet from bottle to face the instand I uncapped, not usually a thing but this caught me off guard. Stiff dry floral aroma.
Hoppy and a bit yeasty. Spicy at first but by the last bit of the 50cl bottle that's gone.
Heavy which I like in an IPA. My tongue gets a sensation that this is fruity, but the beer doesn't taste sweet. Could be something tannic with the unfiltered?
Could drink regularly
