On tap at la fine mousse in Paris
Tan head with lace. Color is a Ruby caramel.
Sweet and malty. Some caramel and toffee with red apples and plums. Figs with a bit of orange citrus.
Medium to full bodied. Ends a little dry.
Very nice beer. I'd have this again.
