A strong Pale Ale made with Munich malts to add body and hopped generously with Columbus, Centennial and Chinook to grant a bitterness that pairs excellently with the dry hop addition of Mosaic. The aroma of Vidalia onions and the flavor of Valencia Oranges perfectly masks the presence of alcohol, while the thick white foam of the Whale retains its form to the end.
