On tap.
The appearance was a semi-murky sort of glossy pale yellow color with an ever so slight sort of transparency about it. Carbonation was moderately seen rising at a nice pace to fill a slim cap of a little white foamy head that slid off at a good pace. Not much lace.
The aroma had some peach to apricot sweet to tart fruitiness up front slyly moving into some grassy notes and a delicate to semi-reformed sort of grainy sweet and ever so slight pepper, somewhat like white pepper.
The flavor was moderately sweet and amply allowing the grassy notes to showcase themselves pretty nicely and move right on into the aftertaste as well.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a pretty nice sessionability about it. Fairly low carbonation and a nice crisp to tart cling to my tongue.
Overall, really nice idea for a saison and am hoping they bottle this!
