Vermont IPA light and hazy flavored with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, giving it a great citrus note with subtle pine, and passion fruit flavors. Extremely crushable beer!

Great beer AND very nice can. I love the blend of the hops and the perfect malt balance. Carbonation is top notch as the mouthfeel. Aftertaste is superb with slight bitterness. Cheers!

Pours a slightly hazed straw color with 2+ fingers of cream colored head. Stellar head retention & lacing
S: Some citrus, some breadyness
T: Pomelo& grapefruit, dryness, slight breadyness up front. Some orange juice notes giving way to dryness & grapefruit bitternes as this warms, a little white grape as well on the edges along with some woody hops. Finishes with sweet orange, a little bitter grapefruit, woodyness & dryness
MF: Medium body, soft carbonation, nice balance
Drinks pretty easy, a solid IPA

Alewife and I stopped into the brewpub on 12AUG18 for a look-see and a drink. I went with a pint of Denial, for $6.00.
Served in a mason-jar type of vessel, it was a clear, medium-golden libation. Had light carbo and a thin, wispy white head, with decent lacework. The aroma was mild, with light, semi-sweet citrus. Body was a nice medium, with a pleasant feel on the tongue.
Flavor had a bit of caramel and toast, with light tangerine and apricot hitting the palate. Well balanced between semi-sweet citrus and bitter fruit. Not bad, all in all. Prosit!

16oz can. Pours a slightly hazy brownish orange with an inch of head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is grapefruit, orange and lemon with some herbal and piney hops. Some bubblegum as well. The taste is much more of the herbal hops with some toasted malts and pine. Some grapefruit at the finish with lots of pine and herbal hops. Slightly malty finish with some bitter bite. Mild alcohol presence. Medium to light body with an oily mouthfeel.

Had a can in a becher pint glass, last week. Currently having one in a tulip, there's no noticeable aromatic or flavor changes, but here's my observations based out of the tulip.
The appearance was a semi-hazy to gritty dark burnt yellow color with a quickly dissolving little white head. Some foamy filmy lace stuck in portions around my glass.
The aroma was very nice - as huge amounts of grapefruit peel play with some sweet orange pulp and grassy sweet to spicy hoppy notes. Mild biscuit on the back end.
The flavor seemed a bit more leaning towards the spicy/sweet hoppy notes. Though I see they didn't put Cascade hops in this, a part of me really wants to say that they did. Not sure, maybe it's me. However, there's that grassy sweet to spicy and rolling bitter sort of grassy/sweet tobacco aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. I'd like to think that it was the possibility that there was some Cascade in this and that it did cause some dryness along my tongue. Carbonation felt low - good as a New England IPA. ABV did feel on par. Dry hoppy sort of finish.
Overall, as a New England IPA, I'd say it does pretty well. However, personally, I do wish that if they did actually put "Cascade" in this that they would have told us - not that I'm against Cascade. I just wish I would have known.
