Poured from a bottle into a Pilsner
A: beautiful unfiltered golden honey color with two finger off-white head, gradually fades to incredible lacing that looks like sea foam on the beach
S: herbal hips, light malt, a bit of biscuit
T: herbal hops, light malt, a bit astringent and piney which is surprising in a lager, but I know nothing about Denmark brews or sea buckthorn. Well-balanced.
M: very smooth and refreshing, just the right amount of carbonation
O: outstanding, surprising, refreshing. Highly recommended! This just arrived in my local grocery store from 8600 km away in Denmark. Wow! I'll have another.
