We had this a couple times at Line Brews in Astana, always from the can since only the svetloe was on tap. It is minimally darker than the svetloe but definitely has a more full body. I’m not sure if it’s really supposed to be a Vienna but it really looks and tastes like a more full bodied pale lager, despite the name, so that’s how I entered it.
Dark gold/pale amber. Big white head soon thins to thin foamy top and some lace. Aroma nice full whole wheat bread, hay, herbs, grass. Taste nice full bodied character with light whole wheat bread sweetness with zesty dryish herbal. and grassy bitterness. Very nice. Better than the svetloe.
