This time we dry hopped Phobophobia with New Zealand Motueka hops, imparting lemon/lime notes. It's really, really, good. The Maori you drink it, the Maori you'll want! Aaron?

Draft at the brewery, quick review from written notes.
Served in a tapered sampler glass. Hazy golden orange, sheets of lacing, good surface coverage.
Yeast aroma dominates at first, some light tropical hop character.
Lightly sweet tropical fruit, mild notes of coconut, dill, fruit juice.
Light to medium bodied, easily drinkable. This was my 2nd favorite after Aaron's Vision Quest.
