Our flagship New England Style IPA and 2018 GABF Gold Medal Winner for Hazy IPA. Oozing with hop flavor from Mosaic and Citra hops. A bit of lactose of body and underlying sweetness. Hazy, juicy, whatever the kids use to describe this style these days.

A good, but not great hazy. In line with standard NEIPA profile but this one ran a tad thin on flavor with some juiciness to carry.

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy milky straw colored pour, initial foamy head fades down to a clumpy cap. Aroma is very fruity, not only Citrus but hints of some stone fruit as well. Taste comes in Juicy as expected with a little bit of citrus tartness and huge sweet, fruity flavors. First taste was thinking this is just another hazy but as it went on I realize this was pretty darn good. Really really super juicy.

16oz can. No dating information found. Purchased at Binny's - Rockford IL.
Hazy, straw colored body. One finger of frothy white head. Leaves behind ragged lacing spots.
Aroma of tangerine, orange, pineapple, and a little grapefruit.
Taste is buzzy. Flavors of orange, pineapple, and a late addition of guava. Slight hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Minor onion from midpoint on through to the end.
Medium mouth feel. Softer texture. Very good carbonation.
Juicy and very refreshing. Right in line, generally, with the style. Ideal for rapid quaffing. Presents as reasonably fresh, in spite of no dating information, and a can direction to "Drink Fresh!".

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. (I get especially irked when the undated can says "Drink Fresh!") Pours a hazy gold with a big, blocky, persistent head. Good lacing. Initial impression is lemon, grapefruit, and maybe peach. Mouthfeel is medium as is carbonation. Finish fades to a slight pine resin bitterness. Overall, a Midwest take on a NEIPA that is easy to drink. Good stuff.

I received a can from @fbarber in the NBS BIF #14. No evident canning date. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a bright, honey orange color with a fluffy, bright white cap and thick, soapy lacing. The nose is pithy citrus - mostly lemon and grapefruit but with a hint of berry and honeydew. Its taste is sweeter than the nose would indicate. There's a hint of lactose and lots of lemon, melon, and hints of peach, stone fruit, and bubblegum. Citra and Mosaic is a tried and true hop combination and they work well in this ale. There's not much hop bitterness but it's tangy throughout. It's medium-bodied and well-carbonated and drinks very easily at 6% ABV. It's a crusher. Overall, Le Jus is the epitome of "easy drinking." The flavors are complimentary and the mouth feel is great. If it were available in New Jersey, then I'd drink it regularly.
