We offer this ode to our home neighborhood in the form of our first imperial stout. Rich, roasty flavors reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate. Silky body from the oats. This is a sippin’ beer and it’s just fantastic. Just like our neighbors.

10/3/18 (Chicago): $7.00 9 oz snifter pour at Alarmist Brewing Taproom. Pitch black pour, thin tan ring. Light chocolate aroma, light chocolate taste, thin texture. Overall good pour, but expected more.
