I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a slightly hazy golden with no head and no lace. The scent had unripe pineapple and apricot notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with slighly tart pineapple, tangerine, and apricot presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer.

Had on tap. Cloudy golden orange body with surface bubbles but no head. Tons of citrus, especially grapefruit, with slight caramel and mango aromas. Taste is very fruity with the hops coming in near the end but stunted by the oat, so much oat. Oat makes for a cereal like complexion with the fruit in the finish, odd but don't hate it. Feel is thicker and heavier than expected with a bluntness to it that can be appreciated but not necessarily marveled at.

It smells like pink grapefruit & cara cara oranges, with notes of carmelized sugar like toasted marshmallow. It tastes like an unfiltered IPA with citrus notes (NEIPA), but finishes very different. The oat malt wins out here and there is no bitter whatsoever. It is sweet, but more like honey than like a toasted/roasted malty sweet that is more common in beer. Very drinkable.

Released 8/2/18; drank 8/22/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice eggshell head; a thick curtain of lace.
Grapefruit, caramel & table sugar notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Grapefruit & cream flavors up front; dry grass & table sugar notes on the finish.
Not my profile, IPA wise, but not bad overall.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on August 8, 2018. Brewed with oat malt and Citra, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Notes of citrus and dank resin. Soft pillowy mouthfeel.
