Our take on this champagne-like IPA style emerging from the West Coast. Hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc hops for bright citrus and white wine flavors. A touch of rye malt was added to support the super dry finish. Highly carbonated to work out your palette.

Right off the smell I enjoy how there are 3 distinct elements at work here. Champagne crispness and dryness, white wine refinement and vinous nature, and the surprisingly large elements of juicy orange and other citrus. The citrus really adds to the depth of flavor without losing brut ipa identity, especially in the taste. One of the better brut ipas I have had recently

9/26/18 (Chicago): $6.50 12 ounce tulip pour. Light blonde pour, faint citrus aroma. Unique sparkling wine, hops light refreshing taste. Light crisp thin mouth feel, carbonation holds well. Overall good offering.
