Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
I'm not sure that I'd name my goat Sebastian, but, then again, I'm not sure what I'd name my goat. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear russet-garnet topped by a finger of tan foam. The nose comprises caramel, rye bread, and light clove. The taste brings in more of the same, the clove transmuting into mild black tea, the rye bread becoming toasted, and a touch of grass sprouting up in the background. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a nice bock for the waning cold weather.
