Semi-opaque orange/brown appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE tan head; a thick curtain of frothy tree-rung lace.
Autumn leaf, caramel & faint red berry notes in the nose.
Creamy, medium thick mouthfeel.
Autumn leaf & faint red berry flavors up front; caramel & mild honey notes on the finish.
A robust marzen; a bit heavy, perhaps, but certainly worth quaffing. I'd have another!
