Visited on a Thursday night 8ish. Less than half full. Sat at the bar. A very nice space in and outside. So much more than a brewery. Come for the food. A restaurant that brews beer.

stopped here for lunch. nice multi dimensional space - brewpub, restaurant, art gallery, merch and to-go beer for sale as well. modern, quasi industrial feel - exposed structure, wood, metal, etc. decor. but clean and modern. About 10 beers on tap, varied styles. food menu is farm to table - sandwiches and brick oven pizza. the burger and fries I had were pretty good. server was friendly and attentive.

Trendy looking gastro-brewpub in a rehabbed communal space. Long L-shaped bar seats about 25, additional tables and patio courtyard seating. 15 assorted beers on tap, the two I had were solid. Friendly service. Excellent albeit pricey food.

The Millworks is a great brewery restaurant in a building that also houses art space which is nice. It's right across the street from the Broad Street Market, and there's a free parking lot right there.

Inside it's a very clean, neatly designed place with lots of wood, some exposed brick, and a white, black, grey, and sea green design. The floor is poured concrete, and the bar top is made up of very thick pieces of solid wood. Someone put a lot of money into it and it shows. Sitting at the bar you can see the pizza oven to the left, and an outdoor area behind the bar with plenty of plants to give it a really comfortable feel. Up top there's even more seating if the weather is good.

The food is excellent and shouldn't be missed although I feel the beer alone is worth a visit. I won't go into the menu but it's upscale comfort food for the most part, and I think it's pretty reasonably price for the quality and quantity you get. The service is excellent as well.

There are 12 or 13 house beers on tap which I'll again let you look up, but they are nicely balanced between styles. It's not all IPAs or sours or saisons or whatever here.

If you're in the area I'd highly recommend a visit, and even if you're just passing by I think it'd probably be worth going out of your way.

Downtown brewery close to Capital Building. Average selection of beer, quality above average for this size of brewery. Nice farm to table section of food. With an onsite art exhibit, I found the place a little pretentious for a brew pub.

The vibe was chill for an early afternoon on a Sunday. The beers were impressive and the food was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the apple cider infused saison. After our fill we shopped some of the artists spaces. Great time across the board.

I was pleased to visit Millworks again after several months, this time for brunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. The building is home to several floors of studios and galleries including pieces for sale including all kinds of media -shirts, prints mugs etc.

The beer selection is all Pennsylvania produced beers including ales, lagers and cider. The food is farm to table and all very fresh -I enjoyed the pizza with goat cheese before seeing Album Leaf the first time. This occasion I got the egg any way you like with bacon and home fries with rye bread -I found the eggs to be poached perfectly and the homefries were crisp but not overly so. The vibe is great -mix of modern and lots of wood that was repurposed from the Stokes Millworks.

The selection on this occasion included a couple double IPA's, an adjunct lager, pumpkin ale, cider, stout, tripel, pilsner a few standard IPA's a hefeweizen and a fruit beer. The food is very good and they have great desserts too. I would recommend checking the Millworks out since it is located conveniently next to Broad Street Market with free parking and the service is excellent.
