Taster at brewery. Clear golden pour, filmy, creamy head, solid lacing. Malty aroma, light sweetness. Taste adds some earthy, woody notes, pine, sweet malts

Poured from a 16 oz, can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is juicy, citrus. Taste has a ton of citrus, some tropical fruits in the background, somewhat mild bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.

-spiegelau ipa galss.

A: Slow moving macro-bubbles lazily rise within a bright golden orange hue colored body. Translucent clarity, with a bready and porous capping holds only temporarily while small dabs of lacework cling to the vessel walls.

S: A big fresh burst of dripping wet citrus-peach first comes upon uncapping. Tons of juicy grapefruit, mangoes, and green melon. There are hints of lime and sweet guava about, with some freshly sliced lemons as well. Overall a big and refreshingly wet nose, good complexity that showcases the range of the Galaxy hops.

T: The flavor started with some semi-dry citric tones, oranges, mixed in with some tropical pineapple, mangoes and peaches. A considerable flowery citrus bite follows with a hint of wet grassiness. Final thoughts of dry apricots, spicy tart tropical passion fruit and tart nectarine rounds out.

M: A nice and thick creamy mouthful, bold and spicy, smooth and malty with a light bittering afterfeel. Sticky hop resins, with a good amount of carbonation.

O: A nice display and range of the galaxy hops shows what this can do on the aroma and flavor. Lots of sticky tart tropical notes, hop resins and a full and creamy body with a good level of hoppiness and flavor appeal. A forefront of bursting tropical flavor, with a nice soothing flowery semi-dry finish gives outstanding results and makes this very drinkable and balance. Crisp and refreshing.

16 oz can, dated 9/28/18, so less than two months old. Been in my fridge for about 5 weeks since a trip to VA, so cold most it's life.

slightly hazy pale yellow golden color, thin white head. good lacing, but the head fades. aroma is mild grain, and moderate grassy and fruity hops. passionfruit? similar taste, almost no perceived bitterness, a bit too sweet for me. softer mouthfeel, medium bodied.

Canned 8-29-18. Poured into 16oz IPA.
L: Copper colored.. nice lacing. Very little head.
S: Very little of anything. It smelled flat. Can't go any further, it's what I'm getting.
T: Devoid of flavors. Ummm.. it's wet?
F: No bitterness, no carbonation, no malt.
O: I bought 2 cans of it. Both tasted exactly the same. What can I say? I think it's a bad beer to be sure. Whether it's a badly brewed beer.. I don't know. I gave it an overall 3.25 simply because I don't know if the batch was bad.

From the bottom of the can: "WAM BAM THNK U MAAM 08/29/18"

Appearance: The beer has a hazy gold body with a short white head. It has good retention.

Aroma: There is a light mango aroma to the beer.

Taste: The beer has a bit of a mango flavor with a hint of peach.

Mouthfeel: The body feels a bit thick and soupy which hampers drinkability somewhat. It has moderate bitterness.

Overall: It is a pretty mediocre beer with an oddly textured body. It isn't a beer I would buy again and I don't recommend it over the other average offerings.
