Poured from 32oz. growler into a pint glass. Pours with a thin white head into the glass, a pale golden color slightly hazy looking almost like a weizen. Nose is slightly hops with more malt coming through. First sip is surprising, pretty good despite first appearances, the hops is present but well balanced with the malt flavor. Definitely more an American IPA than west coast style. Carbonation is slightly lower than I'd expect for this style, and as the glass gets lighter, minimal lacing clinging to the pint. It's tasty, not bad, but I probably would not buy another growler especially at the price I paid for the fill.
