Aroma reveals tart lemon, with significant lactic acid and soft barnyard notes.
Flavor is very tart and complex. The finish is sweettarts, but there's a lot of acetic and lactic going on. Barnyard notes are a nice reprieve.

Sour with a good amount of haze. Low carbonation. Unexpected Citrus.

Nice and tart. Aged in oak white wine barrels. Very hazy yellow color. Coud stand to be a tiny bit more funky, but overall really impressed.
