I tried this at the brewery. It poured a deep rich amber with thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had toffee notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt mixed with chocolate and roast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its was a decent beer.

From a growler via the brewery in a pint glass. This easy drinking brown pours a red tinged
mahogany brown with a nice head of off white foam that subsides to a thick ring, subtle wispy pool,
and features some nice light lacing. Nose of subtle chocolate malts, light herbal hops, and lightly
sweet caramel and toffee malts that are a touch earthy. Flavors hit the perfect notes for the style
with earthy brown sugar and mild chocolate notes surrounded by light toffee and subtle biscuit
that are balanced by light herbal hop flavors and a nutty aftertaste. Very nice mouth feel; medium
light body, medium low carbonation, subtle creaminess, and a wet subtly herbal finish.
Overall, this is a solid brown ale.
Cheers
