From the brewery in a growler and enjoyed there as well as in a snifter at home.
This helles pours a nice clear red tinged pale amber with a nice head of white foam
that settles to a thick ring, thin light layer, and showcases some nice light sudsy lacing.
Nose of breaded malts, sweet clover honey notes, and subtle light herbal hops. Flavors
follow the nose with a breaded malt and a hint of cracker with herbal honey and
light herbal hops. Decent mouth feel; light carbonation that is subtly lively for the style,
medium light mouth feel, and a lightly sweet bread laden finish with a touch of herbal
hops for balance.

Overall, a solid brew.
