From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This decent HIPA pours a
medium chill hazed golden with a decent head of white foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing.
Nose of heavy citrus, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest, and honey sweet
malts. Flavors follow and expand on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, orange,
pineapple, mango, and pine drenched in honey sweet malts and light breaded
malt notes. Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, and finishing
medium dry and heavy on the pine the more it warms.
Overall, a decent ale.
Cheers

Do hazy IPA have no shame? Even the noble holiday ales aren't immune to the turbid fog and perfumy hop character. Taft's Ale House certainly isn't helping with the sanctity of Christmas beer as the add to the crowded year-round selections of New England styled IPA.
Pouring expectedly hazy with pastel golden hues, 25 Days of Haze releases a cottony, pillowy froth before reeling in the nose with a citrus, herbal and perfume fragrances. Sweeter though to start, the malt impact seems of cereal, shortbread and light pastry crust.
As the hops unfold on the middle palate, they share citrusy flavors of orange, pink grapefruit and a hint of lemon. With a background taste of the tropics, pineapple, passionfruit and mango bring a mild sherbet taste to the forefront. Trending smooth, crisp and fresh, the herbal hop bite that follows is pleasantly grassy with hemp, tea and spruce.
Medium bodied and trending dry, the beer's supportive malts are creamy and plush while allowing the beer to keep a refreshing finish and a medium length aftertaste of spruce and orange peels.

Good overall beer. Color is copper in color with a itsy bitsy white head that disappears quickly. Nose is slightly citrusy with a bit of pungency. Taste is citrus as well, but not too much. Good drinkable beer.

Cloudy deep golden color with a thick frothy white head, good retention.
Faint aroma of pine and citrus
Smooth hop taste with a bitter kick and the end.
