This sample gets to me two and a half months old. That's a bit long for most IPA's, and it may be what prevents this one from being something interesting.

It pours a pretty golden with a bit of ruddiness and nice lacing. The aroma is mostly missing but clean. The taste is not too sweet or bitter, in fact it is a bit on the dull side.

Nor recommended. I'm not sure if I want to try a fresher one. It's just OK and life's too short.

Aromatic, nice golden color, pleasant lacing, and yummy to drink. This is a pretty good local Brewer that doesn't do a whole lot of canning.... I think that shows a good one here to serve to the masses

Canned on 12/17/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip.

Pours a glowing golden with some haze; small white head that fades leaving decent retention and sticky lacing.

The aromas are on the subtle side. Mild floral and tropical notes. Lots of bread and crackers. Some caramel. Malts are there.

The flavors have more floral and tropical notes. Some coconut leading the way. Hints of lemon and grapefruit. Lots of fresh grass. More caramel. Moderate bitterness. Lower sweetness. Malts do their thing. Finishes juicy and dry at the same time, but it's ultimately on the drier side. Alcohol goes unnoticed.

Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the lighter side of medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, spritzy and fluffy.

This is an okay IPA. It's honestly nothing too crazy, but it's not bad or anything like that. It's crisp and refreshing.
