From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This decent little bock pours a dark lightly muddled
chestnut brown with a thick head of light tan foam that settles to a thick fat layer with nice
lacing. Nose of brown sugars, dark breaded malts, and subtle orchard fruit nuances.
Flavors lightly surpass the nose with brown sugars, dark breaded malts, subtle cherry
notes, subtle herbal hops, and light dark cocoa. Mouth feel is medium, medium light
carbonation, and finishing moderately dry.
Overall a decent little bock.
