Is it as delicious as it sounds? Yes! Our cherry wit, which received so much acclaim at the 2013 Oregon Brewer's Festival, has made a comeback. We use half wheat, half 2-row, and a half-pound of sweet Oregon cherries per gallon. Brewed with a Belgian yeast to add layers of fruit and spice.
